Title & author:
The Common Rule: Habits of Purpose for an Age of Distraction by Justin Whitmel Early.
What it's about:
The power of our daily habits and how simple changes to them can create the refreshing purposeful life we crave.
Who it's for:
Anyone who finds themselves exhausted by life. Christians who want to live on purpose.
What I liked:
I am a nerd about routines and habits and a true believer in the concept of Sabbath. All of this is tied together with the author's own life story for a readable and immensely do-able take on establishing life-giving routines.
What I didn't:
Not everything covered applies to me personally but I found it a helpful read nonetheless.
Reading this will open your eyes to harmful habits you didn't even realize you had!
